Responsiveness. Our policy is to take every call that comes in, but if we are unavailable, we will return your call the same day or within 24 hours. We understand that the number one complaint against most law firms is their lack of responsiveness. We strive to be different.

Value. Our fee agreements are different from other firms. For workers’ compensation cases, we do not charge an attorney fee for ongoing time loss benefits. Nearly every other firm charges a fee of 10 – 15% of each time loss check. For our other contingent fee practice areas, we charge one-third of the net  recovery after paying unpaid medical bills and reimbursing insurance companies who have paid for medical treatment. Nearly every other firm charges 33% to 40% of the gross  recovery. The way we calculate the fee reduces the fee and puts more money in your pocket. Our fees are on a contingent basis, which means we only charge an attorney fee if we obtain a recovery for you.
